About Me

I am dedicated to positively contributing to our collective evolution and success. I provide personal and professional insights to help everyone and everything be the best versions of themselves. I take a people-first approach that drives accountability and performance to ensure aligned and predictable outcomes and results. I care deeply about people and get immense gratification from making positive impacts in their lives both personally and professionally.


I've learned the importance of focus, discipline, market understanding, managing expectations, persistence, and fiscal and fiduciary management. I'm highly adaptable, flexible, and resilient always learning from my successes and failures. I'm a lifelong learner constantly seeking and providing coaching wherever and whenever possible. I love to expand my knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. I enjoy reading and listening to books and podcasts. I've been privileged to work with and learn from numerous industry and transformational leaders including The Chasm Group at Compuware/dynaTrace; The Table Group at Damballa, Core Security and Yello; and the Play Bigger founders at Mercury.


I've had the consistent capability of quickly assimilating information to identify gaps and create new possibilities. I often "connect dots" that drive unique differentiation and value.  I seek to work with remarkable people and teams to create legendary experiences and outcomes. I bring together over 30 years of unique, continuously evolving, 360° Business and Technology experience from the Buyer, Seller, Partner, Investor, Builder, and Creator perspectives. 


I've worked my way up from entry-level positions as a Staff Accountant and Consultant, all the way to the C-suite, and everything in between, while always being hands-on in each role. I am comfortable being in the details and working from the top down. 


I've worked in and for numerous industries including SaaS, Management Consulting, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Hospitality, Education, Government, and Healthcare. 


I've worked domestically and internationally in North and Central America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC having built and led global functional organizations and project-based teams. 


I've architected, designed, and delivered global business and technology projects and initiatives for Fortune 100 and Global 2000 organizations, as well as start-ups and privately held small to medium businesses.   


I've identified, recruited, coached, trained, managed, and led talent remotely and onsite. 


I've carried a Product and Services Quota across a variety of roles and led all Revenue and Customer-facing functions including:

  • New Geographic Offices and Services Offerings for Calence and Burwood Group
